2. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE
2.1. USING THE WEBSITE
To place an order in Verbenas you must be of age (18 years or more) and be an end customer.
Minors aged are expressly excluded.
By using Verbenas to navigate and place orders, as Customer, you agree to:
- Make use of the Website to navigate the same or make legally valid orders.
- Do not make any false or fraudulent orders.
- Provide us with your email address, postal address and / or any other information that may be necessary for the correct formalization of the order truthfully and accurately.
2.2. MAKE AN ORDER
To place an order through the Verbenas Web Site you must follow the following steps:
1. Choose the product you want and add it to "My cart".
2. Go through box..
3. Enter the delivery and payment information.
4. Choose the payment method and click on the button "Send Order", in this way, you accept totally and without reservation all the Terms of Sale that appear on the Website at the time of the contract.
5. Click on "Pay Now".
6. Make the payment.
7. If the payment is authorized, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the order. This confirmation of receipt of the order constitutes the acceptance by Verbenas of the order made and is a binding contract between the Customer and Verbenas.

2.3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If the Product is not in stock at the time of purchase we will immediately contact you by email and the amount paid will be refunded for the same mode of payment used.
3. PRICES; CURRENCIES AND TAXES
The prices and promotions shown in Verbenas are in euros and include VAT (value added tax) on all shipments in Spain and Europe.
The prices of products do not include shipping costs that will be added to the total amount due, indicating at the time of ordering.

4. PAYMENT METHODS
Verbenas only accepts payments made by credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or PayPal. The charge will be made after the order confirmation.
In certain cases the credit card may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

- The credit / debit card may not be enabled for remote purchase. Get in touch with your bank.
- You may have exceeded your credit card limit.
- You may have entered some incorrect data.
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, working days. Deliveries are not made during weekends or during local and national holidays.
To facilitate deliveries, we will need work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the package.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

The orders will be delivered in 72 working hours for Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
We want you to have your order as soon as possible but Verbenas can not guarantee the punctuality of the shipping company once delivered the package.
When your order has left you will receive a confirmation email from Verbenas.
For Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands the delivery time will be 72-96h.

8. RETURN POLICY
8.1. LEGAL DISCLAIMER
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased at Verbenas, for whatever reason, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without having to give any explanation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you only have to notify Verbenas of the intention to return the Product.
It will be necessary to notify Verbenas via email to the address email@example.com the decision to desist by filling out the form that you can download here and send it with the subject "Right of withdrawal".
You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the transport company of your choice, the cost of return will be borne by the customer.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return a product, you will have to send it along with the original purchase receipt and packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days.
From the moment that Verbenas receives the product will have 3 working days to check the perfect condition of the product and we will proceed to the issue of the refund of the total of the initial purchase (product + shipping costs) using the same method that was used for the Payment within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
When the return period of 14 calendar days of withdrawal right is exceeded and you proceed to return the order, you will be refunded only the price paid for the product.
You can proceed to the return of the product within thirty (30) days from the delivery of the order.
After verifying the status of the Product, Verbenas will proceed to the refund of the amount through the initial payment modality.
We detail the steps to proceed with the return of the product.
1. Send us an email with the topic VERBENAS RETURN to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have to detail us the order id and the address where you want us to pick-up the product.
2. We will answer you to confirm the return.
3. We will send a courier to the address you indicate to pick up your Verbenas within 72h aprox. after the confirmation.
4. When we receive your Verbenas and check that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to the refund of the amount paid within 8-10 working days.
8.3 PROVISIONS COMMON TO ALL TYPES OF RETURNS
You can return the purchased product provided that:
- The Product has not been washed or used in any way (except for reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and testing the product).
- The Product is complete (two items forming a pair must be returned together).
- The Product is still sealed with the original labels.
Because of the popularity/limitation of some products offers, Verbenas could limit the number of available product for your order. Verbenas reserves the right to modify the available quantity for your purchase antytime, even after placing de order.
8.4 RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product contact Verbenas as soon as possible informing the defect or tare to proceed with its verification.
Send us an email to the address email@example.com with the subject "Defective product". You must include your name and surname and order number along with a photograph of the product in poor condition.
We will contact you as soon as possible to manage the collection of your defective pair.
Once we have checked the condition of the defective product, we will send you a discount voucher for the value of the defective product to be applied towards your next purchase, or a full refund including return postage.
8.5 PRODUCT CHANGE
Verbenas does not exchange products or sizes. You must return the unwanted product and place a new order.
All refunds will be made by the same method of payment for which the purchase was made. Verbenas will not make any refund until you receive the product and verify the condition and conditions in the warehouse.
Once verified the conditions of the product, you will receive, as the case may be, the reimbursement of the corresponding amount within fourteen (14) days from receipt.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
Purchases made through the Verbenas Website and under these Terms of Sale are subject to Spanish law.
10. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any dispute or discrepancy that arises from the application or interpretation of the Terms of Sale, as well as the contracts that it incorporates, will be resolved in the courts of the city of Elche, Spain, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction.
