With these conditions of sale we regulate the agreement between us, FUN VERBENAS, SL., hereinafter "Verbenas" and you, "the Client".

2. CONTRACTING PROCEDURE
2.1. USE OF THE WEBSITE
To place an order at Verbenas you must be of legal age (18 years or older) and be a final customer.
Minors are expressly excluded.
By using Verbenas to browse and place orders, as a Customer, you agree to:
- Use the Website to browse it or place legally valid orders.
- Do not place any false or fraudulent orders.
- Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or any other information that may be necessary for the correct formalization of the order in a truthful and accurate manner.
- You also agree that we may use such information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2.2. PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order through the Verbenas Website you must follow these steps:
- Choose the product you want and add it to "My Cart".
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter delivery and payment information.
- Choose the payment method and click the "Submit Order" button. In this way, you fully and unreservedly accept all the Conditions of Sale that appear on the Website at the time of contracting.
- Click "Pay Now."
- Make the payment.
- If payment is authorized, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. This confirmation of receipt of the order constitutes acceptance by Verbenas of the order placed and constitutes a binding contract between the Customer and Verbenas.
We recommend that you print and/or save a copy of the Conditions of Sale when placing your order, as well as the confirmation of receipt of the order.
2.3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Acceptance of an order through Verbenas is subject to product availability. Verbenas attempts to ensure the availability of all products for sale on the Website.
If the Product is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you immediately by email and the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used.
3. PRICES, CURRENCIES AND TAXES
The prices and promotions shown on Verbenas are in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax) on all shipments in Spain and Europe.
Product prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due and will be indicated at the time of placing the order.
The prices and promotions presented at Verbenas are valid only for orders placed remotely through the site verbenas.es

4. PAYMENT METHODS
Verbenas only accepts payments made by credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Bizum or PayPal. The charge will be made after confirmation of the order.
In certain cases the credit card may be rejected for any of the following reasons:
- Check the expiration date of your card.
- Your credit/debit card may not be enabled for remote purchase. Please contact your bank.
- You may have exceeded your credit card limit.
- You may have entered some incorrect data.
5. DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, working days. Deliveries are not made during weekends or local holidays.
To facilitate deliveries, we will need work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the package.
We will consider that delivery has been made at the time when the customer, or a third party duly designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by the customer.
6. DELIVERY TIMES
At Verbenas we work with the transport company GLS.
For Spain, orders will be delivered between 2 and 4 business days.
We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible, but Verbenas cannot guarantee the punctuality of the transport company once the package has been delivered.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Verbenas.
For the rest of the locations to which Verbenas Shoes ships, the delivery time will be 72-96 hours.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be applied to each Verbenas order as follows:
Shipping costs for orders within the Iberian Peninsula will be FREE.
For the Balearic Islands, the shipping costs will be €6.95 for orders under €100. For orders over €100, the shipping costs will be FREE.
8. RETURN POLICY
8.1. Right of withdrawal
Users will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to make changes or returns from receipt of the product, or even before receipt of the same, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers (hereinafter, LDGCU) and Users and other complementary laws. Once this period has ended, declarations of withdrawal from product purchases will not be accepted.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the User must notify VERBENAS of their intention to return the product by sending an email to the following address: info@verbenas.com
Once the User has notified his intention to return a product, he will have to send it together with the purchase receipt and the original packaging within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal deadline expires. However, the refund of the money is subject to correct receipt of the returned product.
Once the corresponding communication has been received from the User to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, VERBENAS will proceed to carry out the appropriate procedures to process said request.
8.2. Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, VERBENAS will return all payments received from the User without undue delay from the date on which VERBENAS has been able to verify that the Product meets the requirements to be subject to the right of withdrawal, for which it will have 3 business days. VERBENAS will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction and within a maximum period of 14 days.
Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the proportional part of the price paid by the User for said order.
However, the User is informed that he/she will have to bear the shipping costs of the product being returned.
8.3 Returns
To request the return of an item, the User must indicate it in the following form
The User may return an item within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If this period is exceeded, unfortunately, the return cannot be processed.
VERBENAS informs you that the costs associated with the return are as follows:
- Returns in Spain: 4.95 Euros.
- Returns for the rest of the countries to which we ship within the European Union: 6.95 Euros.
VERBENAS reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent outside the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 1 to 15 working days from receipt at our warehouses. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and into the same bank account. During sales and holiday periods, this refund period may be extended.
To proceed with the return of a product, the User must follow the following steps:
- Send an email with the subject VERBENAS RETURN to info@verbenas.com . The User will have to specify the order reference (a code consisting of 9 letters) and the name and surname of the person who placed the order.
- VERBENAS will respond to the User providing the necessary instructions along with the return label.
- Once VERBENAS receives the product, it will proceed to inspect the merchandise to verify that everything is in perfect condition and then refund the corresponding amount.
The User may return the purchased product, provided that:
- The Product has not been washed or used in any way (except reasonable wear and tear resulting from checking and testing the product)
- The Product is complete (two items that form a pair must be returned together)
- The Product remains sealed with the original labels.
Due to the popularity/supply limitations of some of VERBENAS' Products, VERBENAS may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. VERBENAS reserves the right to modify the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after the order has been placed.
8.4 Return of defective products
If the User receives a defective product, he/she must contact VERBENAS as soon as possible, informing them of the defect or fault so that it can be checked.
The User must send an email to the address info@verbenas.com with the subject DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, including in the body of the message your name and surname and the order number along with a photograph of the damaged product.
VERBENAS will contact the User as soon as possible to manage the return of the Product.
Once VERBENAS verifies the status of the Product, the total amount of the payment made will be refunded, including shipping costs.
8.5 Product Exchange
VERBENAS does not carry out product or size exchanges. To do so, the User must return the product they do not want and place another order.
8.6 Refund
All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. VERBENAS will not make any refund until it receives the Product and verifies its condition in the warehouse.
Once these conditions have been verified, the User will receive, if applicable, the refund of the corresponding amount within fourteen (14) days from receipt thereof.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Purchases made through the Verbenas Website and under these Conditions of Sale are subject to Spanish legislation.
10. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any dispute or discrepancy arising from the application or interpretation of the Conditions of Sale, as well as the contracts they incorporate, will be resolved in the courts of the city of Elche, Spain, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction.
